Since the early days of the company, Kelly has been instrumental in shaping Property Masters. Now, having taken the helm, her contribution to our success is greater than ever. Under her guidance, we’ve elevated our company to the very top of the property renovation space.
Kelly joined Property Masters in 2005 after earning her college degree in Finance, and quickly worked her way up in the organization. She was promoted to Vice President in 2010, COO in 2013, and CEO in 2016. During her first 10 years in management, she helped grow Property Masters from a team of 3 people to over 150 employees covering 19 states.
But Kelly has done more than oversee the rapid growth and expansion of Property Masters. She has also earned the respect of her peers in a male-dominated industry and become a role model for other women looking to advance in the construction space. Today, she’s considered a visionary and leader in our industry.
Away from work, Kelly enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Zach brings a wealth of construction and project management experience to Property Masters. With his unwavering attention to detail, he sees how each employee and vendor contributes to the overall success of our company. In utilizing people’s strong suits, Zach aligns their talents with our strategic goals and objectives to maximize productivity.
Zach began his career with Property Masters in 2013, when he transferred from a boutique construction firm in Asheville, NC. With 20 years of construction experience, he quickly worked his way up through the ranks to the VP of Field Operations role. Currently, he oversees our national operations, where he has created one of the most efficient and successful teams in the industry.
As a certified fly fishing and whitewater rafting guide, Zach is a bit of a renaissance man. When he’s not at work, you can find him in the great outdoors, guiding people on wild rivers, as well as hiking the deserts of Arizona and Utah.

Eric has been an essential part of the Property Masters family for an impressive 15 years, and his story is one that embodies Property Masters' commitment to excellence and growth.
He began his Property Masters journey in 2008 as the Operations Manager for installation crews in Landscape and Design, this role showcased his dedication to precision and attention to detail. A year later, he transitioned to becoming a Project Manager in the 203K FHA Loan Servicing Residential Renovation Program, demonstrating his versatility and passion for transforming properties into homes. That same year, Eric took on the role of Project Manager for the REO Renovation Program, overseeing operations in South Georgia and Alabama. His dedication expanded our footprint.
His exceptional leadership earned him a promotion to Senior Project Manager in 2010. He was tasked with spearheading Property Masters' expansion into Florida, starting in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. This endeavor eventually led to operations statewide. Eric and his family made the move to Central Florida in late 2010, settling in Oxford, FL., where they continue to call home. From 2010 to 2014, Eric excelled as the Senior Project Manager for Florida, contributing to the state's growth.
In 2014, he ascended to the role of Regional Director, overseeing operations across various states, including Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, and Mississippi. His leadership contributed to the company's continued success, and in 2023, reached another milestone by becoming the Vice President of Field Operations.
Beyond work, Eric cherishes family time, especially weekends spent watching his son's travel baseball games and supporting his daughter in competitive cheerleading competitions across different states. His passions extend to coaching kids, offshore and deep-sea fishing, hunting, enjoying the beach, playing golf, and exploring new places.

Steve brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project he undertakes, with a comprehensive background spanning both residential and commercial construction. His proficiency encompasses a wide range of trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile work, flooring, and refrigeration, allowing him to navigate diverse construction challenges with ease and precision. Armed with in-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools, he is adept at orchestrating seamless project execution from inception to completion.
In addition to his hands-on skills, he also excels in critical aspects of project management, including construction scheduling, management of inventory, budgeting, and cost controls. Through meticulous planning and strategic allocation of resources, Steve ensures that projects progress smoothly while staying within the budgetary constraints. Furthermore, his leadership abilities shine through in his commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, where he prioritizes training, supervision, and mentorship to empower his teams and drives success.
Steve has been an essential part of our team for 5 years. He started his career with Property Masters in 2019 as a Project Manager in Asheville, NC and in 2022, he was promoted to the Atlantic Regional Director. In 2024, Steve was promoted to VP of Operations where he manages half of our Regions and oversees their daily sales and operations. He consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication, hard work, and a keen understanding of our company’s goals. His commitment to excellence and innovative contributions have significantly contributed to the overall success of our organization.
Outside of professional commitments, Steve can be found enjoying the outdoors and spending time with his family and dogs.
Chief Financial Officer
Alice has been an integral part of Property Masters for 18 years, supervising all accounting and financial functions.
She began her career with the company as an accounting administrative, which allowed her to pursue her Undergraduate in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, while assisting with the development & implementation of financial policies. She went on to get her master’s in business administration with specialization in Accounting & deploy the techniques she exceled in during her studies.
As the Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for financial planning, ensures compliance with financial and accounting regulations, and comprehensive tax handling.
In her mastery of budgeting and expense management, she analyzes the company’s financial strengths, weaknesses, and proposes strategic direction.
She works in tandem with the other C-suite executives to manage the financial initiatives of the company to perform risk assessments, while overseeing the Accounting staff.
Beyond her financial abilities, Alice treasures moments spent with her loved ones and is often found enjoying quality time with her family.
VP of Operations
With unwavering dedication to exceptional customer service, Heather is an integral member of the Property Masters team. Not only does she have an excellent rapport with our clients, she has helped define and shape our comprehensive array of services. Her practical field experience is complemented with superb communication abilities and an aptitude for problem solving.
Heather has worked at Property Masters since 2014, and in that time she has, amazingly, had the honor of working with every Property Masters client and team member. That’s great for our company, as she understands the importance of outstanding customer service in maintaining relationships and goes above and beyond to ensure our clients’ expectations are met. As the VP of Operations, she works closely within the organization and with our clients to support, plan and develop processes to maximize efficiency while ensuring we deliver on Green Diamond Service promises.
For fun, Heather rides her horses, goes cruising on her motorcycle, and spends time with her dogs.
VP of Human Resources
As VP of Human Resources, Courtney makes sure that everyone at Property Masters understands that they’re valued and that the company has their back. She is a results-focused leader who brings tremendous breadth and depth of knowledge to our company, including in areas like talent acquisition and employee retention. Thanks largely to Courtney’s insights, Property Masters maintains consistent growth while also boasting one of the best employee retention rates in the industry.
Courtney has held her VP role at Property Masters for seven years. With more than 15 years of HR experience, she’s an expert in benefits administration, policy development, employee training, and risk management. Besides a BA in communications, she holds multiple professional certificates in the field of human resources.
Away from the office, Courtney can be found cooking delicious meals and enjoying the northern Georgia outdoors with her family.
Director, Vendor Management & Procurement
Originally from the Midwest, Nicole took a chance and relocated to Georgia at 20 years old and has been with Property Masters for the last 10 years.
She was originally hired as a data specialist in 2012. From there she has been promoted to Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Regional Account Director. With all the experience and knowledge she has gained she saw a huge opportunity within our vendor department. She has facilitated easy to use systems for our field team and vendor partners. By doing so she has created stronger partnerships and has now taken on the role of Director, Vendor Management & Procurement.
Nicole takes after her mom; she is extremely hard working and positive which has led her to excel in so many areas.
When Nicole isn't at work, she enjoys the outdoors: nature, hiking, camping, festivals & concerts.
Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain Management
Shawna started at Property Masters as a Purchasing Agent in 2014, where she learned to monitor cost under the relevant heads of expenditure. In 2019, she transitioned into the role of Executive Operations Analyst where she composed and analyzed data to support initiatives, strategies, and theories related to operational performance and growth. She assisted in the development and guidance of expense parameters by working directly with the CEO & Directors to ensure all staff were working in unison toward company goals.
As the Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, she oversees the purchasing functions of our organization – from planning to execution – to support our company standard. She continues to implement expense processes and policies to maximize profitability through procurement by utilizing analytical, forecasting, and negotiation skills with new and existing suppliers.
In her spare time, Shawna enjoys spending time with her family on the water and going to concerts.
Director of Account Management
Nicole Started with Property Masters in 2019 as an Account Manager and has been an amazing addition to our team.
Nicole adds to our company purpose; she stands for integrity and prides herself in serving each of our clients unique and individual needs. Nicole is great at encouraging the development of her team and takes complete ownership of the markets they serve. Nicole goes above and beyond for our clients.
When Nicole is not working she enjoys gardening, hiking, kayaking, cooking, and hanging out with her cats.
Director of IT
Sarah Turner is a highly experienced IT professional with almost 20 years experience in the Information Technology field. With a solid foundation and extensive expertise, she has played a crucial role in the success and growth of various organizations.
In 2005, Sarah embarked on a significant chapter in her career by joining US Security Associates Inc, an International Security Guard Contracting Company. During her nine-year tenure, she undertook key responsibilities building and managing the company's IT support infrastructure. Her contributions extended to the development of a real-time guard tour tracking system, significantly enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their contract security services. Furthermore, she specialized in orchestrating seamless transitions for acquired companies, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization's IT ecosystem.
In 2014, Sarah transitioned to the role of Systems Administrator at Property Masters, where their dedication and expertise earned her the promotion to IT Director in 2018. A pivotal moment during this time was the successful migration PM’s primary infrastructure to the cloud, a move that not only improved scalability but also streamlined operations. Sarah led another milestone project by migrating the financial database from Quickbooks to Microsoft Business Central in 2021, significantly enhancing our financial management capabilities. This initiative was part of a broader strategic IT evolution that culminated in 2022 with the complete transition to a Microsoft-centric environment, including the migration of the Dynamics Database from on-premises to Dynamics 365. Her dedicated efforts are now identifying and addressing inefficiencies within the organization, particularly concerning human capital, internal processes, and technological capabilities. Sarah is enthusiastic about the future and looks forward to seizing opportunities to continue making a positive impact in the ever-evolving landscape of IT and business optimization for Property Masters.
Outside the realm of IT, Sarah enjoys pursuing her personal passions. She is a devoted mother, supporter of local sports teams and frequently found watching her kids’ games at the ballfield. Above all, she values spending quality time with her family making memories.
