Property Masters Named on INC's 500 Fastest Growing Companies

Property Masters, a Marietta-based property-improvement company, has been named to Inc. Magazine’s 2011 list of the fastest-growing companies in America. The privately held, 15-year-old company is ranked 129 out of 500 nationally.

Property Masters achieved an impressive three-year growth of 2,114 percent, growing revenues from $850,000 in 2007 to $18.7 million in 2010. Employee numbers also grew significantly during the same period; the company increased its team from five to 39 employees, or 780 percent.

“In an industry challenged by the economic downturn and housing crisis, Property Masters has bucked the trends,” said Kyle Cooper, founder and CEO of Property Masters. “By consistently delivering what the market wants and needs in a property-improvement partner, we’re able to win business, generate referrals and grow.”

In addition to its overall ranking of 129 on the Inc. 500, Property Masters ranks as the third fastest-growing company in the construction industry and was the only Georgia-based business in this industry category. The company is the sixth fastest-growing company on the list from the Atlanta metro area. Three companies from Marietta, Ga., one of the largest Atlanta suburbs, made this year’s Inc. 500.

“We realize that our commercial and residential customers are looking for value,” Cooper noted in discussing his company’s recent recognition by Inc. “Yes, they need the multi-faceted renovation and landscape services that we offer, but more importantly, they value our exceptional craftsmanship, our efficient processes and our personal, caring approach to business.”

Cooper is quick to attribute his company’s success to a talented team of dedicated Property Masters’ professionals eager to deliver above and beyond customers’ expectations. “We are fortunate to have the bright, motivated, resourceful employees we need to succeed,” he said.

Inc. Magazine publishes the Inc. 500 annually. Qualifying companies are privately held and headquartered in the U.S., and have a minimum 2010 revenue of $2 million. This year’s list measures revenue growth from 2007 through 2010. During this three-year period, more than 35,823 jobs were created by the Inc. 500. The aggregate 2010 revenue of the Inc. 500 is $10.5 billion. For more information visit inc.com/inc5000/welcome.

Marietta’s Property Masters Plays Key Role in Labor Day Weekend Racing Event

MARIETTA, Ga. (Aug. 31, 2011)—Property Masters, long known for its speed in delivering quality renovation and landscape management services to residential and commercial properties, is teaming up with another icon of speed: NASCAR Driver Scott Speed. The Marietta-based property-improvement company is sponsoring Speed on Sunday, Sept. 4 in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race AdvoCare 500 at the Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton, Ga.

“We look forward to the opportunity for Property Masters to get involved in the exciting sport of NASCAR,” said Kyle Cooper, Property Masters’ founder, president and CEO. “Partnering with Scott is one way we can help spread the word about what we do, and the benefits we offer,” he said, adding, “But most importantly, this sponsorship gives employees the chance to attend the race, which is our way of thanking them for their continued loyalty. We look forward to a fun and productive weekend.” “I am super stoked to be teaming up with Property Masters,” said Scott Speed. “I am glad to be representing such a successful company, and I am even more excited to show them what NASCAR is all about this weekend.”
